How do I advertise with PIA?

  1. Choose your preferred package
  2. Fill out the PIA Employment Directory Advertising Request Form for EACH role that you wish to advertise.
  3. Email the completed form and logo to employmentdirectory@planning.org.au
  4. If you place 2 or more roles at the same time, receive a 15% discount off the package price

To create your advertisement, we require the following information:

  • The position advertisement in a word document
  • Required package – Classic package or Premium package
  • Your organisation logo in a suitable format – not more than 400 pixels wide
  • Closing date for the role or date of removal from the website
  • Your organisations twitter handle
  • Three (3) dot points for inclusion in the weekly job bulletin.
  • Contact name, email and phone number for invoicing purposes.
  • Please advise Purchase Order Number at time of booking if applicable

Packages

PIA has 2 packages available when listing a job ad on the Employment Directory:

Classic Package $360

  • Standard listing on PIA Employment Directory website – includes role title, organisation, state and closing date.
  • Click through to a dedicated page which includes logo, full description of role, and can be linked to online application, website, position description and emails
  • Listing in weekly PIA Jobs E-bulletin – over 6,800 subscribers. Dot point format – no logo, will link through to role on PIA website
  • One (1) Individual unique tweet on @piaplanningjobs twitter page at placement of advert
  • The Employment Directory will be promoted on PIA’s LinkedIn and FaceBook pages

Premium Package $420

  • Premium listing on PIA Employment Directory website – includes logo and prominent placement, role title, organisation, state, closing date and brief description.
  • Click through to a dedicated page which includes logo, full description of role and can be linked to online application, website, position description and emails
  • Listing in the weekly PIA Jobs E-bulletin – over 6,800 subscribers. Will include logo and dot points – and link through to role on PIA website
  • One (1) Individual unique tweet on twitter page at placement of advert
  • Employment Directory is promoted on PIA’s social media channels – Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn fortnightly to ensure visits to the Employment Directory webpage
