Patrick Fensham is a Principal and Partner at SGS Economics and Planning, and National Leader of Planning and Strategy. Pat specialises in metropolitan and strategic planning, infrastructure planning and funding analysis, cultural development, regional economic development including Community Wealth Building, development feasibility analysis and affordable housing policy and planning. Pat has lived and worked in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney in his career with SGS Economics and Planning. Pat is a regular speaker at forums, has extensive experience in teaching and mentors SGS's junior team members. In 2015 Pat received the NSW Planning Institute of Australia President’s Award for Planning Excellence. He is currently a Victorian Divisional Committee member of PIA.
