Kylie is Planning Team and Technical leader and joined GHD in 2020 after 25 years of service in Planning for Local Government. In her professional career, Kylie has undertaken statutory and strategic planning work, including compliance and heritage management. She has additional training in policy development and business analysis. Since joining GHD she has participated in the development, approval and management phases for the establishment of recreational facilities, social, utilities and renewable energy infrastructure. Most recently, she project managed the Devonport Open Space Strategy for Devonport Council which was the recipient of a PIA Commendation Award in 2023. In her role, Kylie provides overviews of State, regional and local strategies, and policies to help inform GHD’s Projects, alongside advice for the application of the Loveable Places Framework for engagement, multi criteria analysis and project outcomes implementation.
