Kayla Gaskin-Harvey MPIA - Associate Director, Future Urban
Kayla joined Future Urban in March 2020 bringing experience from both the private and public sectors.
With a strong background in statutory development assessment, Kayla has been directly involved in the facilitation of a variety of developments across metropolitan and regional South Australia.
In addition, Kayla has also assisted a number of local and State government strategic planning projects including the Aldinga Structure Plan, the District Council of Franklin Harbour General Development Plan Amendment and the Alice Springs Industrial Land Needs Assessment.
David Altmann RPIA (Fellow) - Development Answers
Planning practitioner - specialising in planning and development, special projects, governance, training and development - Fellow PIA - Registered Planner - Accredited Planner - former CEO, Director and Planner for range of councils - active hands on user of PDI Act, Portal and P&D Code for Phase 2 Councils.
Troy Fountain - Manager, Commission Assessment, Planning & Land Use Services | Attorney-General's Department
Troy Fountain is currently the Manager of Commission Assessment which administers state level application assessments including Out of Council areas, urban corridor developments and developments in the CBD over $10million dollars in value. Troy has previously held roles in Local Government, the planning reforms project including assisting with project management, change management, as a business analyst and subject matter expert. Troy is passionate about process improvement, stakeholder engagement and customer service.
