This half-day training program is designed for town planners and other professionals interested in giving evidence in the State Administrative Tribunal of Western Australia, and other jurisdictions. It is equally applicable to consultants and those working for State or local government authorities.

- Understand the importance of evidence in a court proceeding;
- Understand the relevant court rules which apply when giving evidence;
- Have an appreciation for the best way to present evidence in writing
